FURTHER RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Further to R&E's SENS announcement dated 26 August 2008 and the announcement by JCI Limited (“JCI”) on 27 August 2008, as well as R&E’s renewal of cautionary on 7 October 2008, shareholders are informed that R&E is currently engaged in without prejudice discussions with JCI regarding the possibility of a merger between them, which may have a material effect on the price of the company's securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when trading in their shares over the counter until a full announcement is made in due course.
