In accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the board of directors of the Company (“Board”) is pleased to announce that Mr Allan Groll (“Mr Groll”) has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 21 July 2026.
Mr Groll has been an active participant in the South African property and equity markets for more than 20 years. He previously served as a director of Spearhead Property Group Limited, Ingenuity Property Investments Limited, Wooltru Limited and Mazor Limited. He is currently an executive director of the Trematon Capital Investments Limited Group and an independent non-executive director of the Freedom Property Fund Limited.
The Board confirms that a fit and proper assessment, as contemplated in the JSE Listings Requirements, was undertaken in respect of the Director and that the Board is satisfied with the outcome thereof.
The Director has provided the Company with the information to be included in the director’s declaration in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements and the Board confirms that there are no statements or disclosures to report in relation to the integrity information contained in his declaration.
The Board welcomes Mr Groll and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
